Design your mail piece so it meets USPS mailing standards.

Letters & Cards

between 3-1/2 and 6-1/8 inches high, and
between 5 and 11-1/2 inches long.

Thickness must be 0.009 inch thick for cards up to .25 inches maximum for any type of mail.

Mail pieces must be able to absorb ink.

Maximum Weight: 3.3 ounces for automation or machineable mail up to 16 ounces total for standard mail rates. Postage rates change for mail pieces over 3.3 ounces.

Mail pieces over 3.3 ounces must be prepared in an envelope.
