Pro Mailing Systems requires pre payment on postage prior to postage delivery on all new clients. On established accounts our normal terms are NET 10 unless previously arranged.

We also accept Visa and Master Card. Due to the increasing costs of credit card processing we will add a 3% fee for the postage costs only. All credit card payments for our handling services will be charged with out any additional fees.
